Brisco Roofing Terms and Conditions

By approving your quote you agree to Brisco Roofing’s terms and conditions. You commit to having Brisco Roofing proceed with the work as stated on the quote and agree to pay the full amount within 7 days of receiving the invoice.  It will be the responsibility of the Customer to ensure the removal of all vehicle, outdoor furniture and articles clear from the area in which the tradesmen are carrying out work. Brisco Roofing will take all care to avoid this, yet will not be held accountable if the customer fails to do so. Work Place Health and Safety requires all pets, children, and adults keep clear of the work area while work is in progress. Although all reasonable care will be taken, Brisco Roofing shall not be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of storm damage, extreme weather conditions, floods, fire or acts of God, during of after the completion of the job. 

Warranty 

The warranty is between Brisco Roofing and the Customer as named on the quote. We offer a 10 year warranty on Brisco Roofing’s workmanship and a product warranty of that of the product manufacture. Roof restorations are only warranted on roofs originally restored by Brisco Roofing. The Nutech Roof Membrane warranty conditions are that of Nutech’s T&Cs. Your invoice will need to be presented as proof of purchase. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear or exposure to extremes such as erosion caused by salt or sandblasting in coastal and arid environments. It does not extend to reasonable chalking, fading, discolouration or loss of gloss over time, which are determined by Nutech Paint to be considered normal, due to exposure to weather and the incidence of UV radiation in natural sunlight.  Nutech Tileflex 12 year warranty terms and conditions  Tileflex warranty Nutech NXT Cool Zone 15 year warranty t&c terms and conditions NXT Cool Zone Warranty   All materials brought onto the site are to remain Brisco Roofing’s property until full payment has been received. Once the job is completed Brisco Roofing will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the customer or other trades people. 

Cooling Off Period

There is a 7 day cooling off period for the customer. If for any reason the contract is cancelled thereafter the customer will be held liable for any materials ordered and labour carried out. Brisco Roofing reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

How To Make A Claim

All disputes must be made in writing to info@briscoroofing.com.au. Your invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
