What roofs do you restore?

We restore all types of roofs, tiled roofs, metal roofs, Colorbond roofs and shingle roofs. We no longer restore terracotta roofs.

How often do I need a roof restoration?

A quality roof restoration will last 10-15 years before needing another roof restoration. In Queensland’s harsh weather conditions bedding in your ridge capping breaks down over time, along with the roof coating.

What products do you use?

Only the best products are used on our customers’ roofs. We tailor each roof restoration to your specific roof’s needs, including the products.

How much is a roof restoration?

There are a lot of factors that vary in a roof restoration that affect the cost. If you roof requires guard rail, the paint is peeling, the roof pitch and size and the repair maintenance required are all factors that will raise the cost of a roof restoration. A guidline of a roof restoration cost is $4,000 – $7,000 for a standard roof.

How long does a roof restoration take?

A standard roof restoration will take 2-4 days. There is no need for anyone to be home during the roof restoration.
